1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Interpretation (COVID-19) Regulation 2020.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Definition
In this Regulation—the Act means the Interpretation Act 1987.
4 COVID-19 pandemic—repeal of special provisions
Part 12 of the Act is repealed on 31 December 2020.
5 Repeal
This Regulation is repealed on 1 January 2021.
