1 Name of Notice

This Notice is the Liquor (Adjustable Fee Amounts) Notice.

2 Annual adjustment for inflation of periodic licence fees under Liquor Regulation 2008

For the purposes of clause 5D (6) of the Liquor Regulation 2008, the adjustable fee amount that is to apply for an assessment year specified in Column 1 of the Table to this clause in respect of the provision of that Regulation specified in Column 3 of that Table is the amount specified in Column 4 of that Table opposite that assessment year and provision.
