1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Regional Relocation Grants Regulation 2012.cl 1: Am 2014 No 33, Sch 2.33.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Definition
In this Regulation:the Act means the Regional Relocation Grants (Skills Incentive) Act 2011.cl 3: Am 2014 No 33, Sch 2.33; 2014 No 73, Sch 2.1.
4 Area for which regional relocation grant not available
For the purposes of section 4 (2) of the Act, Byron local government area is declared to be an area for which the regional relocation grant is not available.
