1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Sporting Venues (Invasions) Regulation 2011.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 September 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.Note—This Regulation replaces the Sporting Venues (Invasions) Regulation 2006 which is repealed on 1 September 2011 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.
3 Definitions
(1) In this Regulation:the Act means the Sporting Venues (Invasions) Act 2003.(2) Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.
4 Designated sporting venues
The following are prescribed as designated sporting venues for the purposes of the Act:(a) Central Coast Stadium at Dane Drive, Gosford,(b) Wollongong Stadium at Harbour Street, Wollongong,(c) Newcastle Stadium at Turton Road, Broadmeadow.cl 4: Subst 2016 No 27, Sch 1.26.
