Gambling (Two-up) Regulation 2010

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Gambling (Two-up) Regulation 2010.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 September 2010 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Note—

This Regulation replaces the Gambling (Two-up) Regulation 2005 which is repealed on 1 September 2010 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.

3 Definition

(1)  In this Regulation:

the Act means the Gambling (Two-up) Act 1998.

(2)  Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.

4 Commemorative days

For the purposes of section 4A (1) of the Act, the following days or parts of a day are prescribed as commemorative days:

(a)  15 August (in any year),

(b)  11 November (in any year, but only that part of that day that is after 12 noon).
