1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Interpretation Regulation 2008.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 12 June 2008.
3 Interpretation
In this Regulation:the Act means the Interpretation Act 1987.
4 Publication of miscellaneous statutory instruments on NSW legislation website
For the purposes of section 44 (2) of the Act, the miscellaneous statutory instruments specified in Schedule 1 are required to be published on the NSW legislation website instead of the Gazette.
5 Repeal
Item 1 of Schedule 1 is repealed on the day on which Schedule 1 [7] to the Interpretation Amendment Act 2006 commences.
