2 Definition
In this Regulation, the Act means the Sporting Venues (Invasions) Act 2003.cl 2: Am 2009 No 21, Sch 3.11 [2].
3 Designated sporting venues
The EnergyAustralia Stadium in Newcastle (also known as Newcastle Stadium) is prescribed as a designated sporting venue for the purposes of the Act.cl 3: Am 2009 No 56, Sch 2.59; 2009 No 106, Sch 2.37.
