His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Air Transport Act 1964.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Air Transport Regulation 2000.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2000.
3 Notes
The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
4 Licence fees
A licence fee payable under section 7 of the Air Transport Act 1964:(a) must be paid within 30 days after the end of the month for which it is payable, and(b) must be accompanied by a duly completed return in a form approved by the Air Transport Council.
5 Repeal
The Air Transport Regulation 1994 is repealed.
