Superannuation Administration (Savings and Transitional) Regulation 1997



His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Superannuation Administration Act 1996.

1   Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Superannuation Administration (Savings and Transitional) Regulation 1997.
2   Commencement
This Regulation is taken to have commenced on the commencement of Part 2 of the Act.

3   Definitions
In this Regulation:
Board means the State Authorities Superannuation Board continued by the Superannuation Administration Act 1991.
4   First State Superannuation Rules
(1)  Rules made by the Board under the First State Superannuation Act 1992, and in force immediately before the commencement of this Regulation, continue in force and are taken to be rules made by FTC under that Act.
(2)  Any such rules may be amended or repealed by FTC in accordance with the First State Superannuation Act 1992.
