This Act is the Electoral Funding Amendment (Cash Donations) Act 2019.
2 Commencement
This Act commences on a day to be appointed by proclamation.

Section 50A Insert after section 50—50A Prohibition on political donations in cash that exceed $100(1) It is unlawful for a person to make a political donation in cash that exceeds the value of $100.(2) It is unlawful for a person to accept a political donation in cash that exceeds the value of $100.
