An Act to amend the Ombudsman Act 1974 and the Commission for Children and Young People Act 1998 with respect to child protection.
1 Name of Act
This Act is the Child Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2003.
2 Commencement
This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.
3 Amendment of child protection legislation
(1) (Repealed)(2) The Commission for Children and Young People Act 1998 is amended as set out in Schedule 2.s 3: Am 2005 No 64, Sch 3.
