1 Name of Order
This Order is the Sydney Water (Stormwater Drainage Areas) Order 2011.
2 Commencement
This Order commences on 1 July 2012.
3 Definitions
In this Order—map means a map held in the office of Sydney Water Corporation.the Act means the Sydney Water Act 1994.
4 Repeal of existing orders
Any order in force (or taken to be in force) under section 65 of the Act on the commencement of this Order is repealed.
5 Declaration of stormwater drainage areas
For the purposes of section 65 (1) of the Act, each area specified in Column 1 of Schedule 1 (being the area shown edged heavy red on the map specified opposite that area in Column 2 of that Schedule) is declared to be a stormwater drainage area.
