This Order is the Water Savings Order 2005.
2 Commencement
This Order commences on 28 October 2005.
3 Definition
In this Order—the Act means the Energy and Utilities Administration Act 1987.
4 Designated water users
Each body listed in Schedule 1 that uses water in the area of operations of Sydney Water Corporation is prescribed as a designated water user for the purposes of section 34A of the Act.
5 Draft water savings action plans
For the purposes of section 34Q (1) of the Act—(a) each designated water user listed in Schedule 1, andis to prepare a draft water savings action plan in accordance with section 34R of the Act and submit it to the Minister for approval by 31 March 2006.(b) each local council that is a designated water user pursuant to section 34A (a) of the Act and listed in Schedule 2,
