Central Coast Water Corporation Regulation 2016



1   Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Central Coast Water Corporation Regulation 2016.
2   Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
Note—
This Regulation repeals and replaces the Central Coast Water Corporation Regulation 2011, which would otherwise be repealed on 1 September 2016 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.
3   Definition
(1)  In this Regulation:
Note—
The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Regulation.
(2)  Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.
4   Mandatory staff provisions: section 15 (3) (b) of Act
For the purposes of section 15 (3) (b) of the Act, the provisions of Part 4 of Chapter 11, and sections 348–350, of the Local Government Act 1993 apply in relation to the staff of the Corporation as if:
(a)  those provisions formed part of this Regulation, and
(b)  any reference in those provisions to a council, the council or councils were a reference to the Corporation, and
(c)  any reference in those provisions to senior staff were a reference to the chief executive officer of the Corporation, and
(d)  any reference in those provisions to the Minister were a reference to the Minister administering the Central Coast Water Corporation Act 2006.
5   Repeal and savings
(1)  The Central Coast Water Corporation Regulation 2011 is repealed.
(2)  Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Central Coast Water Corporation Regulation 2011, had effect under that Regulation continues to have effect under this Regulation.
