1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Service NSW (One-stop Access to Government Services) Regulation 2013.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Definitions
In this Regulation:the Act means the Service NSW (One-stop Access to Government Services) Act 2013.
4 Approved persons
For the purposes of section 12 of the Act, Datacom Connect Pty Ltd (ABN 16 103 112 303) is prescribed as an approved person.
