Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Gambling (Two-up) Act 1998.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Gambling (Two-up) Regulation 2005.
2 Definition
In this Regulation:the Act means the Gambling (Two-up) Act 1998.
3 Commemorative days
The following days are prescribed for the purposes of section 4A of the Act:(a) 15 August 2005,(b) 11 November 2005 (but only that part of that day that is after 12 noon).
