1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation may be cited as the Mines Rescue Regulation 1996.

3 Definition
In this Regulation:the Act means the Mines Rescue Act 1994.cl 3: Am 20.12.1996.
4 Contribution to Mines Rescue Board
The contribution payable to the Mines Rescue Board under section 31 of the Act by the owner of a coal mine specified in Column 1 of Schedule 1 in respect of the financial year of the Board beginning on 1 July 2000 and ending on 30 June 2001 is the amount specified in Column 2 of that Schedule.cl 4: Am 20.12.1996; 19.12.1997; 20.11.1998; 21.1.2000; 27.10.2000.
5 Repeal
The Mines Rescue (Transitional) Regulation 1995 is repealed.
