Original legislation
Gazette No 81 of 30.6.2000, p 5821 amended this By-law but was
published in error: see Gazette No 88 of 14.7.2000, p 6265.
The amending By-law (statutory rule) (2000—587) which was Gazetted
on 22.9.2000, does not appoint a date as its date of commencement.
Pursuant to section 39 of the Interpretation Act
1987, the By-law shall commence on the date of its publication
in the Gazette, ie, 22 September 2000.
