Original legislation
(a)the Interpretation Act 1897 is an enactment to which sec 8 (2) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies, and
(b)the Interpretation Act 1897, the words “of this section” in sec 2 (III) (c) excepted, is an enactment to which sec 9 (3) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies.
