Amendment by Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Amendment) Regulations of the Commonwealth
The Mutual Recognition Act 1992 (Amendment) Regulations of the Commonwealth notified in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 23.6.1993. Regulation 2 amended the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 of the Commonwealth. The text of Regulation 2 is as follows—

2Amendment of Schedule 2 to Act (Permanent exemptions: laws relating to goods)

Schedule 2 to the Mutual Recognition Act 1992 is amended by adding at the end—

“32

Ozone Protection Act of the Northern Territory.”.
