(i)the Sydney Turf Club Act 1943 is an enactment to which sec 8 (2) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies, and
(ii)the Sydney Turf Club Act 1943, the words “to this Act” where secondly occurring in sec 4 (8) (b) excepted, is an enactment to which sec 9 (3) of the Acts Reprinting Act 1972 applies, and
(c)by an order dated 1.10.1985 and published in GG No 138 of 4.10.1985, p 5241.
