Emergency Services Levy Regulation 2019

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Emergency Services Levy Regulation 2019.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Definitions

(1)  In this Regulation:

general election has the same meaning as in the Electoral Act 2017.

the Act means the Emergency Services Levy Act 2017.

Note.

The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Regulation.

(2)  Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.

4 Treasurer to determine contribution target on a later date in each year a general election is to be held

For the purposes of section 22 (4) of the Act, in each year a general election is to be held, 27 April is appointed.
