1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Trees (Disputes Between Neighbours) Regulation 2007.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 2 February 2007.
3 Definition
(1) In this Regulation:the Act means the Trees (Disputes Between Neighbours) Act 2006.(2) Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.
4 Prescribed plants
For the purposes of the definition of tree in section 3 (1) of the Act, bamboo and any plant that is a vine are prescribed.cl 4: Am 2010 No 27, Sch 2.4.
