1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Electricity Network Assets (Authorised Transactions) Regulation 2016.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Definition
(1) In this Regulation:the Act means the Electricity Network Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2015.(2) Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.
4 Reference to public authority in the Community Land Development Act 1989
For the purposes of section 34 of the Act, a reference to a public authority in section 36 of the Community Land Development Act 1989 includes a reference to the operator of a transacted distribution system.
