Presbyterian Church of Australia Act 1971 No 42
Assented to 29.11.1971.
A proclamation under sec 1 (2) published in GG No 145 of 17.12.1971 appointing 17.12.1971 as the day for the commencement of secs 7, 8 and 9 was, by the Presbyterian Church of Australia (Amendment) Act 1972, sec 3, revoked and deemed never to have had any force or effect. Secs 7, 8 and 9 were subsequently repealed by the Presbyterian Church (Corporations) Act 1995 No 67, sec 23, with effect from 4.3.1996.
