96 Obstruction or hindrance of person executing crime scene warrant
(1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or hinder a person executing a crime scene warrant.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years, or both.(2) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail or refuse to comply with a requirement made or direction given by a police officer pursuant to the exercise of crime scene powers at a crime scene.Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
