137C Commissioner may order destruction of identification particulars
(1) The Commissioner may, in such cases as the Commissioner considers it to be appropriate, order the destruction of any photograph, finger-prints or palm-prints of a person that have been taken under this Division in relation to an offence.(2) This section does not affect any requirement under this Division relating to the destruction of a person’s photograph, finger-prints or palm-prints.
