115 Regulations may impose mandatory conditions
(1) The regulations may impose mandatory conditions on access licences and approvals relating to the following—(a) metering equipment or any other means of measuring water flows,(b) requiring notice to be given of a change to or the replacement of a water supply work, or any part of it, that results in an increase in the capacity of the work to take water,(c) reporting by holders of access licences or approvals as to water taken,(d) measures recommended by the Natural Resources Access Regulator to improve compliance with and enforcement of this Act.(2) A mandatory condition may be imposed on particular access licences or approvals or classes of access licences or approvals.(3) A mandatory condition may be imposed on all access licences or approvals for a specified water source or access licences or approvals within a specified part of the State.(4) A mandatory condition, other than a condition that is of a machinery nature or is minor in its effect, must not be prescribed unless the proposed condition has been publicly exhibited for not less than 28 days in accordance with any requirements of the regulations.
