121B Information sharing with Self Insurance Corporation
(1) A person engaged in the administration of this Act may disclose to the Self Insurance Corporation or a member of staff of the Corporation information obtained in the course of the administration or execution of this Act if the disclosure is for the purpose of assisting the Self Insurance Corporation to exercise its functions under this Act.(2) The Self Insurance Corporation or any member of staff of the Corporation may disclose to a person engaged in the administration of this Act information obtained in connection with the exercise of the functions of the Corporation under this Act if the disclosure is for the purpose of assisting in the administration or execution of this Act.(3) Information may be disclosed under this section by giving access to any record of the information.(4) A reference in this section to the functions of the Self Insurance Corporation under this Act includes the functions of the Corporation under section 8A (Specific functions in relation to home warranty insurance) of the NSW Self Insurance Corporation Act 2004.
