55V   Notification of other issuing authority
As soon as practicable after the issue of a certificate under this Division, the person or body that issued the certificate must cause a copy of the certificate to be sent to the following:
(a)  the relevant council—if the certificate was issued by the Director-General,
(b)  the Director-General—if the certificate was issued by a council,
(c)  the Chief Executive of the Land and Property Management Authority—if the temporary coastal protection works are to be placed on Crown land (within the meaning of the Crown Lands Act 1989) or the placement or maintenance of those works requires the use or occupation of Crown land.
